Hi Dr, My hb level always 15-16.5. pcv is always 46. My epo once was 15.8.my age 39 male. Is it normal or not. Still I am facing sever wide spread body pain, headaches dizziness vertigo like. Always feel flu like. Very weak. Unusual sweating chest congestion & difficulties in breathing. Heavy gastritis. Body itching pin prick tingling etc. Most pain & burning sensation in upper back. I feel irritability. Does it polycythemia or not. I want a hematologist suggestion. I feel very fear & nervousness. please guide further.
