I am taking nicardia retard tablet for the past one week for hypertension as prescribed by my doctor. I am taking it after meals only in the morning. I am also instructed to take nitrocontin 2.6 along with nicardia (after meals one tablet morning and one at night). I experience headache after I gave taken nicardia and nitrocontin in the morning. How to deal with the headache. I need your advice on this. Thank you. Before treatment my bp was 175/115. After one week it has come down to 145/99. All.

Tab nitrocontin is not ideally for blood pressure and it is given for cardiac patients who have angina / blocks in heart vessels and this tab is known to cause headaches so you can safely avoid nitrocontin if you do not have any cardiac problem!
