Dear Lybrate-User, - for your problem follow some dietary precautions: - avoid fried spicy sour & junk foods, also gas-forming foods such as dairy products, beans, legumes, citrus fruits, vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, raw onion & garlic, tomatoes, also avoid all aerated drinks & chewing gums if you have, alcohol, restrict tea coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day if you have more - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals for proper digestion, have a light dinner at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime - take tablet pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion - do regular exercise like walking & yoga for 15-20 min daily to keep fit & for proper digestion.
