Hi, I am 25 years old male. Since 1 year I am taking thyronorm 100 mcg tablets daily. Today went to give blood samples and the report says tsh is 0.02 but actually it should be in between 0.35 to 5.50. So should I continue using 100 mcg dose or I need to decrease it? If yes, how much dose do I need to take from now?

Hello, Thanks for the query. Lower than normal level of TSH suggests that current dosage of Levothyroxine is a bit higher. That needs to be reduced by 12.5 mcg to 87.5 mcg per day. Then check TSH after 5 weeks of starting the new dosage, to see if TSH has increased towards the normal range. Thanks.
