I am 29 years female my weight is 78 kg nd height 5'3 .i want to loose my body fat. I am a non vegetarian. My all reports are normal like thyroid, uric acid, ecg,heart echo only hemoglobin is 8 unit. I have a swelling on my both legs, ankle & knee pain. Please help and suggest me. Thanks sana.

Hi lybrate-user, your hemoglobin is low, for that you need to increase your iron and protein intake. Incorporate eggs, sprouts, homemade paneer, green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Cook vegetables in iron utensils and squeeze lemon after turning off the flame. Go for light exercises. Pranayam and yoga, walking.
