I am 41 years female working as assistant professor mostly sedentary job. I have lower back ache pain past 5 years and since last year its aggravated and my left leg is very painful. Knee joints are also painful. When I met orthopaedist he took xray and gave tablets and physio therapy. What is the problem I am having.
