Please consult an Andrologist and dont double the dose to avoid side effects which are very serious some time. Control your blood sugar.

Mr Raja, Thanks for the query. In a person with diabetes particularly when it goes on for many years,there is a considerable damage to many internal organs due to damage to micro and macro vasculaure. One of the most common complication due to microvasculature damage is erectile dysfunction. If glucose levels are not well controlled, then ED can be pretty severe. It is irreversible. Therefore, primary need is to achieve a strict glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c5 < 6.8. If 50 mg is not adequate, you can think of using a higher dose of sidenafil. thanks.
