Having b12 and D deficiency one needs to have milk in the diet as it is a good source of b12 but what if the milk causes a lot of gas which sometimes goes to the chest and if there's a slight fever also. Is it good to keep the milk in the diet? Is it a problem if one doesn't have milk until the deficiency is overcome?
