You are having an autoimmune disease in Migraine and hypothyroidism and joint pain which may be part og hypothyroidism first you have to fix your thyroid and gut issues first and your problem most likely can be solved First fix your hypothyroidism without medicines naturally with lifestyle and diet. Do the correct basic tests for thyroid function which is seven in number. If you have done only the Total T4 ,Total T3 and TSH the 3 tests commonly done your tests are incomplete. You are missing the autoimmune cause which should never be left out. Hypothyroidism usually does not require lifelong treatment. What patients are prescribed is the synthetic. T4 Thyroxine known by brands like Thyronorm./Thyrox/ Synthroid /Eltroxin which may or may not be the correct drug you need. T4 -Inactive hormone - T3 is the Active hormone. T4 has to get converted to T3 in the presence of a healthy liver, healthy gut and adequate amounts of certain specific vitamins and minerals. T4 is useless unless it is converted to T3 .Dose adjustment in hypothyroid based on normal laboratory TSH ranges is completely wrong. Your labs will be normal but you will not be normal. You will still have symptoms like Fatigue, Constipation, Hair loss ,Inability to loose weight, brain fog etc Find out the triggers of hypothyroidism .The triggers may be Chemicals in your Food, Water, cooking oils, & Pots, toilet & kitchen cleaners, Stress, bacterial and viral infections ,cosmetics etc. Master health checkups done in in hospitals and high tech labs are incomplete .They do tests what they want and not what you need .The test are not focused on finding the root cause Both are different and the results are different. That is why your lab results may be normal but you are still abnormal and continuing doctor shopping. What you need 1) detailed dietary ,lifestyle, 2) Comprehensive lab testing-which, includes tests for inflammation ,Vitamin and mineral deficiencies, all the 5 tests for Thyroid function and complete metabolic profile testing which focuses on your whole body and not only the disease you have. 3) detailed lifestyle and dietary advice based on the results of the correct and complete lab tests and the detailed history. Send a feedback with your name and contact number and take a consultation and try to most probably reverse your hypothyroidism by diet and lifestyle and few food supplements without any medication. Treat the triggers and taper your medicine and you may be able to stop medication eventually. Get educated about the disease before getting medicated. Make your thyroid work for you and not against you. Naan sonadhu ellam purinchirukum enru ninaikirane.
