Measure BP only once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Stop medicines if all reading are below 130 after six months.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your BP is under control due to medication - also you have to follow a strict diet & exercise regimen - it is advisable to consult your treating physician before you make any changes in your medicine schedule as there are always chances of the BP shooting up again.
