Hi, I am 42 years male and right now taking Telma40, Rozagold10,natrlam5, remylin,Glycomet gp1, inderal10 at morning and glycomet gp1, Telma40 and inderal10 at night, no 130/80, sugar in control, I am worried taking Rozagold (aspirin) while I did not had any heart problems before and scared of getting kidney problems, I had high BP and pulse110 and border sugar while starting these medications 8 months ago, pls suggest am I taking overdose.

You r only 25 years old? Quantity of Medicine only your physician can tell. But I suggest you do lifestyle changes. Its important. U r too young. These changes will definately do good for u. Who knows if you follow them religiously might take off from medicines. Yes its possible. For that you need to be committed These changes are 1. Eat something like any seasonal fresh fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water 10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc. For more details you can consult me. Now about point no. 5. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. U should read a book before joining a gym. Don't loose out work out by Rujuta Diwekar. It's a good book written in detail about how to gym etc But its a sure shot method.
