Home Remedies to Get Rid of Blemishes: Tomato juice. Apply on the Blemishes and massage. Lemon juice. Apply fresh lemon juice for 20 minutes on the blemishes for a month or two for lightening up the blemishes. Cocoa butter. Massage blemishes with cocoa butter and leaves it overnight. Baking soda. Egg white. Mix tomato juice and lemon juice together and apply to face with a cotton swab regularly. Mix together 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice along with a pinch of turmeric. Rub a lemon peel along with a bit of sugar over your skin.
