My friend age is 48. Thirty five years before he used to ejaculate semen regularly but not doing masturbation. At the initial days he didn't feel any problems. But day by day his penis and testicles size became small. Whenever he is straining at stool, semen comes along with urine. Semen comes at night time while sleeping. He postpone his marriage due to premature ejaculation. He is also suffering from heart palpitation due to weakness, lack of memory and poor concentration. Insomnia, easily catching cold and cough, excessive thirst particularly at night, anger, worry, easily irritable mood. And also he is suffering from chronic diarrhoea since 15 years. On december 2000, He consumed some unani (indian herbal) medicines for his diarrhea problem. After five days consuming the medicines he faced severe diarrhoea which he never faced in his life. Before consuming unani medicines he didn't have serious problems. Now, he is facing the following problems. 1. His stomach does not agree wheat products (like chapathi, parotta etc, coconut products, potato fry, milk, fruit juices, sour foods particularly mango & lemon juices, fried foods, leafy vegetables, fish, allopathic medicines, ayurvedic medicines because it triggers Diarrhoea. 2.Eructation with or without metallic smell 3.flatus with foul smell with noise. 4. Sound in the abdomen. Six year before both endoscopy and colonoscopy has been taken. But reports are normal. Gastroenterologist advise him to take some allopathic medicines. He took the medicines for one month only and then he stopped it, because it triggers diarrhea. Except homeopathy medicines his stomach can't tolerate allopathy and Indian herbal medicines. (ayurveda, Siddha,unani medicines) On 30th November 2010, he undergone for stool fat test (72 hr). The results were: weight 820gms, 13.3 gms. Normal:< 18 gms Findings of the above results his gastroenterologist told him that he has no Celiac disease. Moreover he is under homeopathy treatment for the past 14 years. But there is no improvement at all. One homeopath advised him to check for intestinal tb test, because he is also having bleeding gums for more years. Upto date he is taking homeo drugs. Some doctor saying he is having IBS but some doctor saying this is not classical IBS it may be chronic bowel infection. His main problems are as follows: Loose stool mostly in the morning time but only one time due to food intolerance, Frequent eructation with metallic smell or without metallic smell, passing flatus frequently with noise and with bad smell, sounds in stomach, fear to pass flatus bcoz sometime stool coming while passing flatus, bleeding gums, poor concentration, weak memory, fear, worried mood, easily irritable, only 5 hours sleep, pain in testicles while erection, premature ejaculation, penis size looking like child, semen coming while passing stool, during erection small amount of prostate fluid leaking, easily catch cold and cough while taking cold bath, always thinking about sex and intercourse. Specially I want to mention one thing here that there is no urgency to pass stool after taking food and almost he didn't pass stool at night time. Some type of foods only causes diarrhea. He could not tolerate cold air like air conditioner room.
