I take stamlo 5 mg for bp bit even though my blood pressure is 120/80 when I take medicine I feel low dizziness and less strength in my legs and I even have spondylitis I feel dizziness many time. Please help.

Take some herbal mixture for BP. Allopathic medicine s have side effects you will not even recognize. Take 40 gm flax seeds, 30 gm Amla powder and 30 gm bahera powder and mix .take 1 teaspoon with warm water after meals thrice daily. It is much safer and increase your physical and mental strength.

Ask your Dr. whether you can try lower dose like 2.5. Eat well, too many diet restrictions also make one feel unwell.
