I am 50 years old female, weight 86 kilo. Height 5'3.I am on medication for cholesterol (rosuvas10 mg) BP (concor 5 mg), thyroxine (112. 5 mg). Recently I started plavix 75 and Telzy 400 because I was on a stress test (,general check up) which showed positive ischemia. Report says rbv 20 to 40% narrowing. I need to reduce my kilos. Is ketogenic diet advisable for me? I am afraid because we have to increase fat intake. Will it be harmful for me with all these issues. Pls give me advice.
