Hi, My body skin tone is white but back means butt skin became black because pimples are there small small it's soft only but skin is bad and one more over the anal like top of butt middle the skin is worst like little bit dry skin there in middle I need solution for this.

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area.
