The other two, Neomycin and Clotrimazole, are antibiotic and antifungal agents respectively. They prevent the growth of bacteria/fungi on the skin. Also, it binds itself to 30S-subunit proteins and also 16S rRNA. It attaches irreversibly to a total of four nucleotides of 16S rRNA and one protein S12 amino acid.
