You have to plan your daily routine (make a priority list and stick to the plan ). Maintaining good health should be your first priority. Spare some time to exercise every day - schedule the timings with some flexibility so that you can atleast do the exercises five days in a week on an average. Learning Yoga and pranayam can be worth your time as it can help you deal with day to day stress and keep you alert and aware. Eat simple food with lots if seasonal fruits and vegetables (avoid junk food and stimulants like tobacco and alcohol ). Limit the usage of tea and coffee as they can disturb your sleep. Please consult your doctor for a checkup and any tests if suggested. Take the medicines if advised and go for review regularly. You may not need long term medications if you adapt healthy lifestyle.
