Dear Lybrate User, - You can drink 2-3 cups of green tea in a day, avoid intake of more caffeine as sometimes it can trigger a headache/migraine - some precautions you can take to decrease its frequency & intensity: - avoid loud sounds or flashing lights especially as in TV or a computer screen or mobile - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, drink plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - do regular exercise like walking, jogging or yoga & meditation for 15-20 min daily which will help calm your mind & you will be able to concentrate better on your studies - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & protein foods, avoid junk foods & colas - do not skip meals, have meals on time, also have light snacks in between meals for constant supply of energy as empty stomach you may feel lethargic & can trigger a migraine attack also - take a pain relief tablet like paracetamol or brufen or neproxen after meals if pain is more.
