Hi All, I am planning to start taking Nestle high protein resource. I few questions on that. 1. Do I need to take advise from doctor before taking that? 2. Is there any side effects of this? 3. What is best time to take protein in day? Night or morning? Please advise.

Hi Lybrate user! You can take high protein resource, there is per say no side effect but first try meeting your requirement through foods rich in proteins. Eggs,milk and milk products, non veg, dals,pulses, sprouts,soybean and its products, nuts and seeds and sattu a natural whey powder can be great options. First try meeting your requirement through food and thn opt for supplements. And you can take high resource protein at both morning and night time.
