I am 28 year female, my blood report show hb 11.80,rbc - 3.26,hct - 33.8, mcv - 103.70,mch - 36.20,mchc- 34.9,tlc - 10.1, Dlc .p- 57, l- 37, e - 03, m- 03. Report advice- Rbc are Predominantly normocytic normochromic with few macrocytic. Platelets normal. Please advice I am too much worry.

Your Hemoglobin level is a little low, you could be having deficiency of vitamin B 12 or folic acid which can cause macrocytic anemia. It is nothing much to worry. You have to eat healthy. Include lot of green leafy Vegetables, fresh fruits, whole grain cereals, beans. You could also take a multivitamin which will supplement you with B 12 and folic acid.
