I'm 20 Years Old. From past 5-6 days I am suffering from Redness, itching, sometimes burnings, and pimple. In my Testis. At first I thought it is due to hot summer and less consumption of water. (coz I drink very less water). But 2-3 days I ve been drinking much water. 2 times bathing without soap. Wearing clean underwear. (some times I do not ), I want to get rid of this problem mentioned above. I have bought Dermiford (dispensary) and cipmox 500 tablets.

Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. As it has to be differentiated from eczema and infection, its a must to see and confirm the diagnosis for proper treatment.
