I have been suffering from lower back pain since one month and I have slight joint stiffness in the mornings or whenever I sit in one posture for a longer duration. Before this lower back pain I was doing exercises surya namaskar n all comfortably but now when I am bending forward I get this pain. Pls suggest how to get rid of this problem. Thanks.

Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily

For back pain do extension exercises ,and for stifness in joint take swd therapy for 10 min with us therapy and ift. Avoid forward bending, heavy lifting.
