I am a basically normal boy I want to gain some weight and suggest me what shout I eat and how much calories should I take in take and give me a diet plan and thing should I eat.

Hi No need to count the calories as long as you choose the right food. Listen to your body and eat for hunger. Eat three good balanced nutritious meal. Be physically active as that helps in improving appetite. Eat lentils, legumes,fish, egg, regularly. Doing muscle strengthening exercises helps in building muscle. Need to know your food preferences, job and lifestyle to make the right plan for you Sample plan Breakfast Spinach capsicum omelette Almonds Banana dry fruits smoothie Lunch Rice/Roti Rajma dal gravy Stir fry mushrooms Snack Peanuts Plum Dinner Roti Paneer peas gravy.
