Your fasting blood sugar is in the diabetic range (126 or more). Control your diet-avoid sugar jaggery honey sweets sweet fruits like banana mangoes grapes cheekoo. Take emall frequent meals instead of large ones. Exercise regularly. Monitor blood sugar regularly. If blood sugar increases then start medicines umder guidance of a Physician.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Fasting glucose 140 mg is suggestive of diabetes. But PP is less, in the prediabetes range. So get a HbA1c%, that will give a clearer idea. If diabetes is confirmed, then appropriate treatment with drugs is a must. If HBA1c% < 6.5 then you are in Prediabetes state. Then need to take precautions like maintain normal weight (<62 kgs), BMI should be < 23 kgs/M2 (present is 32.19 kgs/M2). You are already in grade 1 obesity, which is an invitation to diabetes. Regular exercise and restricted diet are needed. Thanks.
