There is no specific for HIV of lungs, As the patient advances to AIDS he will have opportunistic infection like TB, P.carnii and other bacterial infections. Get a Tridot test if a person has completed 6 months from the time of exposure.

The test needed to diagnose HIV depend on the last high-risk exposure and window period of tests. In most scenarios a Ag/Ab 4th Generation year should be good enough. There is nothing like specifically HIV of lung. One could have lung problems in HIV though.
