Reports are suggestive of mild compensated hypothyroidism. If you are symptomatic for hypothyroidism start treatment with low dose of thyroid supplement. If asymptomatic get antithyroid antibody test and TSH estimation after a month and if TSH still high and antibody test is positive start treatment.
