Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Foods such as bananas, dry fruits and nuts, eggs and coconut water are excellent for boosting your stamina. Hence, when you feel drained out, you can have any of these foods. For weight gain, try having a glass of milk everyday. Eat more bananas and dry fruits and nuts. Also eat more of potatoes, rice and other carbs. Also increase your protein consumption and eat more beans and lentils. Increase your meal portions by some amount. We are here to guide you.
