Hello doc, I'm 24 years old with 6 feet height but very lean and skinny and I weigh 54 kgs now which has been decreased from 56. I eat more than my friends but turn out to be the same. My thyroid levels are normal as well. What can I do to gain some healthy mass quickly and in a healthy way?

You need to eat foods that are calorie dense and healthy at the same time. For weight gain, Drink milk daily. -Consume more proteins and carbohydrates. -Eat various nuts and dry fruits, bananas, potatoes, rice, peanut butter. -Increase your regular meal portions by some amount. -If you eat non-veg food, eat it more often.
