I am diabetic patient. 2 times take insulin. Some time during taking insulin blood come. I. E. What ever dose I took it was waste or used.

Mr kalpesh, if you are using correct technique while injecting then it is highly unlikely for blood to come. Giving injections subcutaneously is not causing any bleeding. So please check the way you inject. Even if it does bleed the drug will get absorbed. There is no loss of insulin.
