At present you can do walking ,light exercises and breathing exercises. 3 months post caeserian you can do abdominal exercises. Wearing a belt will not help.

You need to star exercising regularly especially core strengthing exercise and do not try to try and fad diets. Changes to the diet need to made only once you stop to breast feeding. In the meanwhile work around eating only healthy foods.
