NSAIDS like zerodol are not to be used indefinitely in osteoarthritis. They are best suited for week or ten days harmful effects of taken for longer duration. Osteoarthritis can be managed conservative by life style modification and quadriceps exercises. There are many minimal invasive interventions which can be helpful if activities of daily are hampered and pain is unbearable surgery can also be considered. Please consult for individualized decision making. Take care.
