Hii sir/madam I hav high grade fever since 4 days it started wen I took outside food .first day I had 2episodes of vomiting then onwards I had only high temperature I took pan d ,dolo, and amoxyclav for 4 days still my fever dint subside do I need to shift to higher antibiotics or get my blood tests done can you suggest me.
