Actually I am 93 kg weight and 180 feet height .so. I want to take diet for reducing my weight. Please suggest what kind of food I need to eat.

Hello Lybrate user, according to your height you have to reduce at least 10-12 kgs. Drink plenty of water. Take fresh fruits like papaya, orange,apple, guava, strawaberries, peaches, plums and vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, ghia, tori ,tinda lady finger etc. Include protein in your breakfast like egg/panner. Avoid fried foods, dal,rice and heavy items at night. Take early and light dinner as much as possible. Do some exercise like walking, cardio atleast 30 mins in a day.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely.

You can avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day take antacid with liver tonik your problem will be solved otherwise consult me for treatment.
