Quit Tobacco - Treatment, Symptoms and Causes

Last Updated: Apr 10, 2024

What is Quit Tobacco?

Times have changed and people have moved on to higher, more ecstatic and on the other side more lethal drugs when overdosed. Some time ago we wrote articles focusing on the ill effects of narcotics that would impact people later. That later is now. Being banned, expensive, commanding monopoly in market, bread and butter of gangs of scoundrels does not conclude to the point that all drugs are death summoning. Some of the drugs characterized by the above adjectives are only harmful when overused. Tobacco our main focus of this article does not need any introduction. Only thing I want to tell is that it is a slow and steady misery causer. Those in the now will submit to this. Tobacco may fall among the dreadful pathogenic drug category but it certainly is a part of the genus Nicotiana and of the Solanaceae (nightshade) family that gives short lived pleasure and simultaneously inducing side effects.

Causes of Quit Tobacco.

Availability: In today’s time if a tobacco consumer nonchalantly orders his kid to fetch some, the kid however immature in lieu of age he may be can get some in no time, this is the ease of doing business in tobacco, of course it is high and this is also the unabashed grown up of a family.

Lack of Amusement: It is up to the individual who due to inability to recreate himself up in monotonous times gives way to pleasures like these but I bet he might have overpowered his inner voice every time that piques him every time he is about to perform some proscribed act entailing him a transitory transcendentalism towards a little lightheartedness.

Convention (in rural areas): Whether you go to the countryside, suburbs, all places have people indulging in tobacco practices. So much is spoken in words and voice but all in vain. The tobacco consumption index has never taken a dip. It seems as a befitting convention that be it a group of workers or just a congregation of people one can find a sight of something emptying on one hand with the help of another.

What is the symptoms of Quit Tobacco?

Some typical symptoms of quitting tobacco are:

Hallucinations: We define hallucination as sensory experience of something existing out of the mind, another word for what happens after a tobacco session withdrawal but more emphasized as a symptom than a withdrawal aftermath. One steadily reminiscences merry times one had and becomes inclined to let the mind wander in thoughts of their habit.

Slack: A period of slack sets in, perhaps aggravated after a hallucination and the person is now unwilling to perform his daily chores without his miniscule starter that elated him and kept him going along the way to work. This sluggishness should totally be avoided as it would lead to procrastination later on, yes later on and later on.

Anxiety, Anger, Irritability, Impatience and Restlessness: All these attributes, qualifiers, modifiers, identifiers, adjuncts mean the same thing. Really? Only these? A handful of virtuous words of an imaginative symptom dictionary can befit this clause of symptoms of quitting of tobacco but a double handful which is perhaps the highest we could go as we have two hands can befit the positive outcomes of quitting tobacco.

Treatment of Quit Tobacco.

Yes the treatment, is achievable. Hmm achievable, why do I start off in a despair. I would have straight away written the points to treat tobacco quitting but prevalent practice is people return to their circadian Lilliputian tobacco dose.

Positive feelings: If we try to think that quitting tobacco is being undertaken for our own good, as simple as this statement the after effects would make your simple cum tobacco laden life a amusement filled and inspiration finding everywhere life. If you were a regular tobacco dweller and you have conquered your damn habit of consuming the ruff powder then you perhaps get the motivation towards changing or acquiring anything in life and you need no counsellor for that. This leads to amusement, yes this. Content writing.

Being cheerful: Try not to tackle the bad with the bad, or worse, the bad with the worse. Focus on what you want and the negative aspect will wane off. By negative aspect I mean the negative emotions like depressions, lack of any instantaneous activity and the likes. At the end a person only does what he loves to, a happy life is just a string of happy moments but most of you are only trying to create a happy life.

Prevention to avoid Quit Tobacco.

We are already aware of the ill effects of the aftermath of quitting tobacco. In the first place one should have steered clear from the consumption of tobacco but none the less we have a proverb or a dictum to follow if nothing else works, that says Prevention is better than cure. Stay away and do not dwell in company that has tobacco eaters. As a human being you can too make them aware regarding continuing use that is harmful and quitting symptoms after prolonged use which is even more dreaded. We have mentioned the symptoms the withdrawal symptoms also, right now the necessity is to find what pleases you, do that work and it will always make you feel good leaving no way to indulge in horrendous activities.

Withdrawal symptoms of Quit Tobacco.

Withdrawal symptoms are exactly the opposite of the word withdrawal minus the word symptoms. That means they occur when one is abandoned of their arrival or onset of their daily dosage of tobacco. After providing ways to tackle in a more calm and composed way, I would like to lay down technical points at last. One feels intense cravings for nicotine, tingling in the hands and feet, nausea, intestinal cramps, sweating, headaches, coughing, sore throat, insomnia that is sleep deprivation, irritability and difficulty in concentrating.
