I'm 22 years old female, i've been diagnosed with social anxiety since 4 months ago, the doctor had prescribed me sertraline 25 mg and betacap 20 for 30 mins before performance. I had taken the medication for only 1 month as I had to move to another place and could no longer meet the doctor. My social anxiety was still not resolved so I used betacap 20 almost everyday as I had to get rid of my symptoms when going for work and it help me too (it's been a month) but I think that prolong used of it might cause severe side effects. So I want to know if it's really safe for me. Thank you.

Hi yes it’s a safe medication. It will not have any major side effects even in the long term. Try jacobson relaxation exercises to help you relax in social situations. Hope this helps

Hello you shouldn’t be starting all medications at once. They all have essentially similar action and shouldn’t be taken all together. Please consult a psychiatrist and let them decide what to do about the medication hope this helps.

I was taking lorazepam ativan 2 mg before 13 year's old. Now I quit and now I am taking anxozap 10 mg qutan 25 betacap tr 20 pegnt lite from the last 19 to 20 days. Anxozap 10 mg 4 times in a day. Qutan 25 2 times in a day. Betacap tr 20 2 times in a day and pegnt lite 2 times in a day. But I didn't see any response. Still I need ativan. I told this my doctor and he told me in that can you have to detoxification treatment. But I am very low in financial condition. My mother father is no more. And no one is here to help me out kindly suggest me what should I do it's my humble request. I have a health insurance policy of 25 rupees 25 lakhs. Hi, I am into depression and anxiety. My condition improved a bit after consuming olex f (olanzapine 5 mg plus fluoxetine 20 mg). I discontinued it due to its side effects. My condition again has deteriorated. I restarted it couple of times, but it makes me dull, light headed and drowsy the next day. I want to know, as it is the lowest dose available and in order to reduce its side effects, can I consume half tablet of it and will half tablet show some improvement in my condition?
