By exercising every day and eating a balanced diet in small portions. Have your food without any distractions as it will make aware when you feel full ( satiety ). Have lots of fruits and vegetables as they are low in calories and yet very nourishing with lots of vitamins and other important nutrients. Go for an annual health check-up with a doctor as a preventive measure.
