For reducing belly fat pls take care of your food intake. Avoid all processed and packed food like biscuits, bread, sandwich, noodles, jam, ketchup, butter, salty snacks etc. As your energy expenditure is less and such foods will increase weight. Reduct intake of milk products, refined flour (maida), refined oil and white sugar. Have at least one serving of fruits (at least 2 whole fruits) and 1 serving of salad (2 types of veggies) every day. This will help in weight reduction and providing proper nutrition. All the best.
