Peanut butter is a very good source of protein, dietary fibre, carbohydrate,VitaminE and many other dietary minerals. One teaspoon of peanut butter can be used 5 times a week. But along with the consumption of peanut butter you should have good activity and exercise. Please keep a check of other fatty foods in your diet .Please see whether peanut butter is not causing any allergic reaction to you.
