Hi doctor, I have been building my body since 2 months. Last week I had a triceps workout and after that my left hand elbow joint is paining till now. No change. Can you pls suggest me some medicines or any other remedy. Thank you Doctor.

Dear lybrate-user it seems you have injured your triceps muscle and it will slowly heal. Meanwhile you can apply ice for 20 minutes every hourly and take some rest by avoiding any activity which gives you pain

Apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. And you can wear elbow brace which would help you to keep your elbow warm and will give you protection.
