I am a thyroid patient, my TSH is 31.09 mU/L.I am taking thyronorm 50 mcg daily 1 tablet morning since 5 days as advised by a physician. I get some burning in my throat and chest. Is this normal? Should I take this tablet for life long. What food I have to avoid and what I have to eat more. I am 44 years old female. Can you please advise me.
