I want to lose weight as fast as possible without using medicines. Generally I am having time issues, so I do workout from an application (30 day fitness). I am also drinking hot water+honey+lemon in morning when I wake up. Please guide me with a good diet plan which can help me lose my weight.

Whenever you mix a citrus with hot water it will loose it's nature and by the way you r drinking only the water. Try to avoid junk foods and take adequate water. Sleep well for about 6 hrs per day.

You are too young, so for sure you don't need any medicine for weight loss. You can start by checking your fat ratio and muscles mass. According to that you can start with high fiber and low fat diet. But for that you need to check your fat mass. Sometimes it is bone weight as well to an extent. So it's better to get to know about that that what is the process that need to be followed.
