Hello .i am 21 years old and I feel like there is something wrong with my body. Back in college I used to smoke and chew tobacco. I did that for around 2 years. Now I don't get why I can't smoke or chew tobacco. I mean yes it's a good thing but you know I just feel like if I smoke a cigarette I might be feeling like dying and couple of days ago I chewed tobacco against my will that I used to do but when I did this time I threw up within minutes and I felt unwell and like I am having problem in breathing for around 3 hours. I don't get it why it becomes very hard to me. I know and believe me I don't want to smoke and chew tobacco as it is a good thing to not do these but why even thinking of these makes me feel terrible, haunted .i am just 21 years old and I feel like my body is too old to do these things please help me out regarding this.
