Both are interlinked. Garlic is very good to remove all obstruction. BP occurs when vessels are logged with fat. Thereby reducing the space for blood to flow. Thus heart needs to pump with strain. In some case people say my cholesterol levels are normal. But cholesterol levels are normal either they may be under medication or there ldl or tryglycerides may be abnormal. Or there are case even those levels are normal. Even in such condition there are symptoms like dark neck, dark armpits and inner thighs or even dark shades on face. These show they are prone to it. So treating BP and sugar means treating at the case from root level. Oils from utensils can be washed off only with powerful cleansing agents. Similarly garlic is one among in that category. In ayurveda there is lasunadi kashayam, which is given for BP. For reducing sugar there is nisha kathakadi kashayam. And one major thing you need to be noted is that please don't complain after taking medicine for 1 week or 2 dys that it didn't reduce my BP and sugar. Being a clinically active physician I will say that you need to continue medicine for at least 3 months. I experienced a case similar to yours. He was an advocate. I said that he need to continue medicine for 3 months. But with his busy lifestyle too he managed to take medicine in proper time. Within 2 months results were found. And there are cases where it took 6 months too.in that case after 3 months of monitoring I myself prepared medicine nd couriered to him. So it's all upto how you make up your mind to face with the case with ease. Well not only medicines can cure BP nd sugar. There are also available other methods like exercise and yoga. We all say that with a team we can conquer world. Similar along medicine, exercise and yoga will boost you to reach your goal of getting cure from both. All the very best. Do well. Start from right now.
