I have been heavy tension and depression, started around year 2000. By bad luck or so, I started taking spasm proxyvon and anxit. ,which was specified by a doctor for three days, but since the relief was so good even today im taking. But lot of side effects, loss of appetite, sleep and weak. I have evening reform institutes but for for some months I will be with out it but again I will start.

Dear Lybrate user pls discuss about your side effects with the psychiatrist and get one to one counseling sessions too from a clinical psychologist. Also you need to change your routine, bring some activity that you like to do. Gey into a hobby club. Take care.
