Good Morning ~ The means of acquiring HIV infection is through sexual means and by body fluids. If you have had oral sex with each other that does put you at a higher than normal risk for HIV since you now know that she has been HIV positive for the last 4 years. I believe you need to get tested for HIV infection and go from there. Also please educate yourself about HIGH RISK sexual behavior and abstain from such activity until you find out if you are STI free. apart from vaginal intercourse, HIV can spread via other routes like oral sex, but relatively lower risk, and other practises which u enjoyed with her. Since u say she is HIV positive, u should definitely get tested at the earliest. All the best
