Early morning I drink warm water with amla churna n aftr 25 mnt I exercise stair jumping for 45 mnt n thn I take ten almond. One egg with one paratha. Lunch one plate chawal with non veg curry. N dinner one roti with non veg curry. I want to ask that ths diet is good for me or not. I am 58 kg girl. My hight is 5.6 n m nt suffering from any disease so far. Want to loose 5 kg. please guide me d diet.

Hi lybrate-user you should take 1 litter worm water +3 pinch miniral salt add due to early morning and avoid high carb food exm. Chappti and rice and bread etc. U should take high protein food and green veg.
