Sir it has been 2 months that I am suffering from back pain lower side whenever I sit for too long or walk for too long. I have shown to 4 to 5 doctors they said x ray is fine and have given some medicines and injections and told some exercises but till today I haven't got any relief. Your problem is muscular so xrays moatly normal. First for 10 days just give rest to back muscle .do not lift weight avoid bike driving sleep on cotton mattress .sit with back support. Apply local diclofenac gel and hot water fomentation. After 10 days your pain will decrease then you start back muscle strengthening exercise gradually your pain will go for sure.
