What are the healthy Indian breakfast and fruits for diabetics. Can I eat puri, plain paratha and also let us know how much rice I should eat weekly. Can I take slight sugar in tea or should I take sugar substitute like sugar free or splenda or it should not contain any sugar at all. Please also let me know what are the fruits and dry fruits one should avoid if he has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. My recent Hba1c report is showing Glycosylated haemoglobin as 7.00 unit. Thanks,
