Hello from your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats carbohydrates proteins. Hi. Ok your body shaped is pear shaped. Don't worry about that. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 to 20 minutes daily. hello, diet high in protein for the health of diabetes it supplies the essential amino acids needed for tissue repair . stop eating junk and processed food. regular outdoor exercise helps to stimulate appetite. fluid should not be taken before or with a meal but only after a meal so that food intake is not reduced. you can consult me privately online on lybrate for any advice related to weight gain.
